A training week?
It depends on the season. During the winter I snowboard 5-6 days a week. In the summer I mountainbike, wakeboard, climb and run. As it gets colder, darker and more rainy during the Gothenburg fall I tend to spend more time at the gym and less on outdoor sports
Training “secret”?
I believe that the key to successful results is to enjoy your training. Variation makes training more fun and doesn’t let your body get used to a certain type of load. Alternate both type of activity and the intensity of the activity. Use your creativity
